Partner Zone FAQ

Q1. I use Moxa products. Can I access Moxa Partner Zone?

Moxa Partner Zone is restricted to authorized resellers and distributors of Moxa products. If you are an end user rather than an authorized reseller or distributor, please visit our main website at http://www.moxa.com.

Q2. I have confirmed that I am using the correct username and password. Why am I still unable to enter Partner Zone?

If you are entering the correct username and password and still cannot access the site, please try closing your browser and logging in from a new browser window.

If you still cannot log in, please e-mail partnercare@moxa.com with the following information:

1. Company name

2. Description of problem including any error messages

3. Username and password

4. Contact information including contact person, e-mail, and country

5. Time and date that problem occurred

6. Web browser type and version

Q3. I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it through Partner Zone's " Forgot your password?" link. After you provide your username, which is the same as your registered e-mail address, your password will be e-mailed to you. If you are unable to retrieve your password using this method, or if you have forgotten your username, please e-mail partnercare@moxa.com with your company name, contact person, e-mail address, and country.

Q4. I have received access to Partner Zone but would like to update my login information. How do I change it?

To update your Partner Zone information, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to Partner Zone using your original ID and password.

2. At the top of the main page, click your username -> Change password.

3. Enter the new password and click "Save".

Q5. When I log into Partner Zone, why can't I see resources for every product line offered by Moxa?

Partner Zone is designed so that each user has access only to resources for product lines that are carried by that user's company. For example, if your contract with Moxa is to distribute industrial Ethernet switch products only, then in Partner Zone, you will only have access to marketing and product resources for industrial Ethernet switches.
